The home itself was disappointing because it wasn’t clean when we arrived. The patio area hadn’t been touched and had caked toilet paper all over the area. The hot tub was dirty and wasn’t drained, cleaned, and refilled- my son found a rubber bracelet inside. The pool had sand in it. It was shocking. The  interior furniture is very tired, damaged, and needs a refresh. The decking leading to the beach needs redone as it’s uneven and has nails sticking out. While the property management company was quick to address concerns of cleanliness, we were disappointed with our stay." (4/5)
