Beach house Great house lots of room and well laidout floorplan. Awesome kitchen. Great decks that looked out over onto the beach/ocean.

Our stay We loved the house ! It has everything you need for a great, comfortable stay!

Great house that needs maintenance! The house and location were just what we were looking for our family vacation. BUT the house needs to be maintained. The elevator never worked even though the mgmt company knew about it being out of order on Saturday. They said they would contact elevator company to repair and advise when they would be there but never heard another word about the elevator. Asked for an adjustment I the rental fee but have heard nothing in the 2 weeks since we checked out. Also, the refrigerator and freezer had broken shelves, one ceiling fan was broken and the outdoor “shower” was simply a pipe with no nozzle. They did sent a very good employee who tried to fix the fan on Sunday and he determined the fan could not be fixed. He said he would get it replaced but again, we never heard from the mgmt company. Other than the elevator, the issues were minor but if not maintained the house will continue to deteriorate.
