  • Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
  • This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a pet or would like the pool heated? Those can be arranged for an additional fee(please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets and on the cost to heat the pool. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Great Family Reunion Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was a family event. It was wonderful, except for one drawback. That was the air-conditioning. Some bedrooms were absolutely freezing. Room temperature was a problem. Other than that, everything was great.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 17 people ranging all ages. The home and property were amazing! The view is breathtaking and the pool/patio area is perfect for hanging out. The area felt VERY private which is exactly what we were looking for. We felt like we were on a private island far away. The home has everything you need and the rental company was great to work with. They answered all our questions and quickly corrected any maintenance issues (very few) we had.

The home was well stocked and We had plenty of room to spread out. We are very grateful to the homeowners for having a pet-friendly home. We always travel with our fur-children. Although Hurricane Ida sent us some rainy days, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean upon our arrival. It's always a pleasure to work with Cape and Coast.

Travel Directions: From Hwy 71and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, go South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles. Veer right to C 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Travel on C 30-A about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). Turn right onto SR 30-E and travel approximately 8.5 miles. As you near entrance to the State Park, turn left onto Seacliff Dr. Continue past Barrier Dunes. As you near the gate to SeaCliffs, take the paved road to the right, and then an immediate left. Go past the gate (on right) for Sunset Pointe. Just prior to the second gate for Sunset Pointe, turn right onto unmarked gravel road. Continue until your reach Park Point Circle. Turn left and head for the gate to Secluded Dunes. The gate code is 0926#. Magnolia is the first house on your left after entering the gate.
