Icing On The Cape

Modern Luxury has been brought to the Cape in this stunning new construction home cleverly named Icing on the Cape. Fall in love with this 5-bedroom 4.5 bath home located on Secluded Dunes Drive and 10 steps from the boardwalk to the beautiful white sands of North Cape. Icing boasts large bedrooms, multiple gathering rooms, and a spacious chef’s kitchen.

The first-floor entry is where you will find the Golf Simulator and Gun Game room. This optional add-on amenity allows guests to enjoy a round of golf on over 100 courses or a practice session on the multiple ranges. Also, guests can enjoy 8 different gun games with multiple skill levels. Access to this room is available for an additional fee, please contact our team for more information. *The ground floor also has a full size refrigerator/freezer and entry into the *elevator that services all floors.

The second floor has 4 of the 5 bedrooms to include 2 ensuite masters with access to the gulf facing porch, a third king bedroom and a bunk room that share a large bathroom. This floor also has the laundry room, a living room and a mini bar with sink, beverage refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The top floor welcomes all guests with panoramic views of the gulf, the bay, and the state park with an expansive great room with more than sufficient seating for all guests, and an 85” TV above the electric fireplace. The kitchen is a sight to behold with a 12-foot island with waterfall edges and seating for 6, a 36” gas range with custom hood, a dining table to seat all 14 guests around a custom wood and resin table beneath a magnificent juniper log chandelier, and a gorgeous bar with sink, ice maker, beverage cooler and coffee/espresso makers.

On this top floor is the third king master with ensuite bath, plus a screened covered porch for viewing those picturesque sunrises the bay is so famous for.

As if this is not enough, Icing has a large private heated pool (heated for an additional fee) (no pool heat in January and February) with an in-water tanning deck, covered seating area and gas grill, outdoor prep sink and an outdoor shower. The boardwalk is 10 steps from the under-house car park, taking you to the wide and rarely crowded section of the beach. We can almost guarantee that Icing on the Cape will become your favorite home to return to year after year.

Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

*Golf clubs not provided in game the room, guests must bring their own.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
