My family ( husband and two elementary age boys) stayed in Palmetto with my mom, father and stepfather for Thanksgiving 2020.   The home was absolutely gorgeous and was even more beautiful and custom than the pictures.   The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the bedroom/bathroom layouts were perfect.  All the same size and finish so there wouldn’t be any squabbling over bedrooms.   Access to the beach was simple and this part of the Cape was very remote.   Closest next person to us was 200 feet away.There were some issues with the house that we reported and all were just final construction punch list items.  Mostly little things like handles broken, or towel racks not connected well.  The elevator was a problem and we had a maintenance guy come out to help get it back running.   We would most definitely stay here again!!!" (10/5)
