  • Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
  • This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. A Thanksgiving to remember Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family ( husband and two elementary age boys) stayed in Palmetto with my mom, father and stepfather for Thanksgiving 2020. The home was absolutely gorgeous and was even more beautiful and custom than the pictures. The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the bedroom/bathroom layouts were perfect. All the same size and finish so there wouldn’t be any squabbling over bedrooms. Access to the beach was simple and this part of the Cape was very remote. Closest next person to us was 200 feet away.There were some issues with the house that we reported and all were just final construction punch list items. Mostly little things like handles broken, or towel racks not connected well. The elevator was a problem and we had a maintenance guy come out to help get it back running. We would most definitely stay here again!!!

It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. The beach was so close and was not crowded in our area- it was like having a private beach! The pool was great and was used a lot. The kitchen and living area on the top floor were open and never felt crowded with our group. We enjoyed the extra living space in the basement as well.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th year on Cape San Blas, but our first year dealing with Cape and Coast. The best rental company we have worked with. The house was in great condition, with typical rental home use issues. We were very happy with our stay. Our only complaint was we wished a home this size had a 2nd refrigerator.

Travel Directions: From Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, go South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles. Veer right to C 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Travel on C 30-A about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). Turn right onto SR 30-E and travel approximately 8.5 miles. As you near entrance to the State Park, turn left onto Seacliff Dr. Continue past Barrier Dunes. As you near the gate to SeaCliffs, take the paved road to the right, and then an immediate left. At the second gate to Sunset Pointe, use gate code 2607#. Look for #149 in the Cul-de-sac.
