Bringing a pet? That can be arranged for an additional fee. Please call regarding the size and number of pets allowed. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Follow the paved road around to the driveway at 137 West Ovation Drive. The electronic door lock is located on the left side of the house. Note: Garage doors open only manually, all wiring has been disconnected.
