This community does not allow boat, RV, or trailer parking except outside of the community fence.

Bringing a pet? That can be arranged for an additional fee. Please call regarding the size and number of pets allowed. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Cape San Blas, FL, 32456, US

From the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, travel south on Hwy 98 approximately 2.1 miles and veer right onto C30A. Follow C30A approx. 6.7 miles and turn right onto Cape San Blas Road. Continue on Cape San Blas Rd approx. 7.9 miles and turn left into the first gate at Ovation. The gate code is 044939. Follow the paved road around to the driveway at 137 West Ovation Drive. The electronic door lock is located on the left side of the house. Note: Garage doors open only manually, all wiring has been disconnected.
