Welcome to Beachfront Breeze, a beautifully refreshed Gulf-front retreat located in the Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. With direct beach access, wide-open Gulf views, and a soft coastal interior, this single-level home is designed for relaxed days by the water and easy evenings together after the sun goes down.

Inside, the home feels bright, calm, and inviting, with vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, coastal-inspired furnishings, and large windows and doors that keep the Gulf in view from the main living spaces. The open living area flows naturally to the dining space and kitchen, creating a comfortable gathering place for families or small groups.
Just beyond the living room, doors open to the Gulf-facing deck, where the beach is front and center. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the waves, spend the day on the sand, and come back to unwind in a home that feels clean, comfortable, and effortlessly coastal.

• Half Bath located off the Kitchen for added convenience.
• Primary Bedroom – Spacious king bedroom with calming coastal décor, direct deck access, and stunning water views right from the bed. Features a private En Suite bathroom
• Second Bedroom – Comfortable queen bedroom with twin bunk bed and direct deck access and peaceful beachfront views, perfect for family.

• Second and Third Bedrooms share a hall bath.

Other Things To Note:

• Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
• This is a non-smoking property.
