  • Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
  • This is a non-smoking property.

This home does allow pets for an additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone, and we strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
