Experience peace in the private master bedroom, complete with a king bed and a dedicated sunset deck for a superb oceanfront experience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). 2 dogs under 30 lbs. each are allowed.
Parking Notice
The small asphalt driveway across from 122 Summerhouse Lane, near the last house to the south, is private property and is not available for parking at any time. Owners and guests may only park on their own property. Please do not use neighboring lots, driveways, or private paved areas for temporary or overflow parking.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
