From the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, travel South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles to the right turn to SR 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Veer right on SR 30-A and go about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). Turn right onto SR 30-E and go about 5½ miles (slightly past Scallop Cove) to Sugar Loaf on left. Turn left on Sugar Loaf and look for Sugar Dunes located beachfront.
