• Group Accommodations: Each unit can accommodate up to 18 guests, with a total capacity of 36 when renting the entire duplex.
• Adventure Gear: Your reservation includes $400 in beach and adventure gear credit, with items delivered to your doorstep for added convenience.
• Pet-Friendly: Please inquire about size and number restrictions for pets.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Event Policy: Events exceeding maximum guest occupancy or requiring supervision are not allowed.
