Just a short walk from the beach, this pet-friendly home offers over 5,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, 10 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 half baths, a private pool, and accommodations for up to 20 guests.

Originally designed to function as three separate residences, St. Joe Heights is now offered as one full home. Creating an ideal setup for reunions, multi-family vacations, and group getaways. With three living areas, three kitchens, three dining areas, elevator access to every level, and multiple covered decks with water views, this home gives guests the rare ability to spread out while still staying connected.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
