  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
  • *The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
