• Relax in another king bedroom with an en suite bathroom for additional privacy.
• Settle into a twin suite with two twin beds and an attached bathroom, perfect for younger guests.

Second Level

• Relax in the primary king bedroom with its elegant tiled en suite bath and direct access to a private deck.

• Please be aware that guests cannot access Plantation amenities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• The space comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
• Home in a secure community
• Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Apologies, no pets allowed.
• Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
