The bedrooms open directly onto the beachfront porches, where inviting bed swings offer the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, read in the shade, listen to the waves, or watch dolphins pass offshore.

Traveling with pets? Seaclusion offers a standout pet-friendly amenity: a clean, fully fenced, and completely shaded outdoor area beneath the home. This secure space gives four-legged guests room to relax outside while staying protected from the Florida sun. It also doubles as a covered recreation area, complete with rainy-day games such as cornhole, bocce ball, and a golf game.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Events, parties, and gatherings exceeding the home’s maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Pool heat may be arranged for an additional fee. Pool heaters are generally designed to raise the water temperature approximately 10 degrees above the outdoor temperature.
• Your reservation includes up to $400 in beach and adventure gear rental credit. Choose from items such as bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts. Selected equipment will be delivered to the home and ready for your arrival. A delivery fee may apply.

ELEVATOR NOTICE:
The residential elevator is provided as a convenience but cannot be guaranteed. Because Cape San Blas is a remote coastal area, elevator service and repair availability may be limited. Should an interruption occur, our team will respond as quickly as possible; however, repairs requiring a specialized elevator technician may take several days. Guests with mobility concerns should plan accordingly.
