- The outdoor living area covers 8,000 square feet.
- Private pool with heating, dimensions 12 x 22 feet, available for an additional charge.
- Three swing beds to enjoy the gentle breeze.
- Spiral staircase leading to the top deck, offering expansive views.
- Main living area designed with a reverse floorplan to maximize Gulf views.
- Wet bar with a mini fridge and a wine cooler.
- Two seating areas on the main living level.
- Full kitchen equipped with Viking appliances for cooking.
- Dining space with a view of the Gulf.
- Screened patio with grill and storage space.
- Outdoor shower available for use after the beach.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Elevator service may be slower because of the remote beach location.
- We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
Want pool heat? This can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature).
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Travel Directions: From Hwy 71and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, go South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles. Veer right to C 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Travel on C 30-A about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). Turn right onto SR 30-E and travel approximately 8.5 miles. As you near entrance to the State Park, turn left onto Seacliff Dr. Continue past Barrier Dunes. As you near the gate to SeaCliffs, take the paved road to the right, and then an immediate left. Go past the gate (on right) for Sunset Pointe. Just prior to the second gate for Sunset Pointe, turn right onto unmarked paved road. Continue until your reach Park Point Circle. Turn left and head for the gate to Secluded Dunes. The gate code is 0926#. Travel on Secluded Dunes until you reach #895, the next to last house.
