This 4646 sq ft estate is located in the gated Seagrass Community and comfortably houses 18 guests with a suite designed for kids, king-sized suites for the adults, and unique spaces for all. Dog friendly house! Dog friendly beaches too!

Also included is a $400 credit towards beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

• The gas fireplace is only for owner use and not accessible to guests.

• Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
• Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade and please note, pool heat will only raise the water
  temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. We strictly adhere to a
  minimum age limit for renters.
  *The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
