  • The gas fireplace is only for owner use and not accessible to guests.
  • Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes,
    paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your
    gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.

    minimum age limit for renters.
    *The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

At the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, FL, travel south approximately 2.1 miles and veer right onto County Road 30A. Travel approximately 6.7 miles and turn right onto Cape San Blas Road. Travel approximately 6.2 miles to the Seagrass Community, Siesta Dr on your left. At the stop sign, turn right onto Seagrass Circle. Continue around Seagrass Circle and turn right at the next stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign on Haven Road and look for #499 in the Cul-de-sac.
