Inside the fun continues with games in the well-equipped arcade room. Cook delicious meals in the custom kitchen while enjoying the scenery, and then relax in one of the many ultimate beach escape areas found around the outdoor spaces. Unwind in one of the five uniquely decorated bedrooms, each crafted for a peaceful night's sleep after fun in the sun.

Please note:
There are only outside stairs between levels. This allows extra privacy for extended families and friends to have plenty of room to spread out. This allows extra safety for young toddlers without inside steps to be tempting to climb. This allows less noise between floors for better napping, relaxing, and more privacy.
This is the perfect set up for in-laws, multiple families, and girlfriend getaways.

• Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
