No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
  • This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a pet? That can be arranged for an additional fee. Please call for restrictions on the size and number of pets. No events are allowed if over the occupancy of the house or require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

From the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, travel South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles to the right turn to SR 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Veer right on SR 30-A and go about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). From the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, travel South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles to the right turn to SR 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Veer right on SR 30-A and go about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). Turn right onto SR 30-E and go about 5 miles, turning left onto Clifton Beach Dr just past the Marathon Station. Drive around the fenced community pool and locate #112.
