- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

Travel Directions: From Hwy 71and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, go South on Hwy 98 for about 2.2 miles. Veer right to C 30-A (sign for Cape San Blas and Indian Pass). Travel on C 30-A about 6.2 miles to the large billboard at the base of SR 30-E (Cape San Blas Rd). Turn right onto SR 30-E and travel approximately 8.5 miles. As you near entrance to the State Park, turn left onto Seacliff Dr. Continue past Barrier Dunes. As you near the gate to SeaCliffs, take the paved road to the right, and then an immediate left. At the second gate to Sunset Pointe, use gate code 2607#. Watch for 109 Sapodilla Lane, the first house on your left.
