    gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
  • This is a non-smoking property.
  • Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
  • Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the
    water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. We strictly adhere to
    a minimum age limit for renters.
    *The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

At the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, FL, travel South approx 2.1 miles and veer right onto County Road 30A. Travel approx 6.7 miles and turn right onto Cape San Blas Road. Follow for 6.2 miles to the Seagrass Community/Siesta Dr on left. Yu will need gate code. After thru gate at stop sign, turn right onto Seagrass Circle. Continue around Seagrass Circle and turn right at next stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign on Haven Road and look for #465 on your left.
