A private walkway and just a few steps separate you from the beach, so you can easily spend your time on the well-furnished deck or walk to and from the beach in seconds. This home faces South and has the benefit of being able to see remarkable sunrises and sunsets, as well as magnificent star-filled night skies.

To cool off you will find a recently installed heated saltwater pool on the ground level, which features a sun shelf for a refreshing place to work on your tan and is also a perfect shallow area for kids to enjoy. The pool is partially shaded, providing a surprisingly pleasant way to help cool down from the sun on those hot Florida days.

To top things off, this home also features a beachfront hot tub, where you can watch the waves as the sun sets over the Gulf. For your convenience there also is an open outdoor shower to rinse off the saltwater and sand.

This section of Indian Pass has limited public beach access so there is very little foot traffic, and outside of peak times, you are more likely to see wildlife than you are to see other people on the beach. The shallow Gulf water provides for a pleasant swimming experience.
