• Spacious living, dining, and updated kitchen area perfect for hosting gatherings.
• The extra living space converts into a queen bedroom with a Murphy bed.
• Rooftop observation deck accessible by spiral staircase.
• Bathroom next door with a traditional clawfoot tub.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Apologies, no pets allowed.
• Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
