Blue Palms offers a private pool courtyard with clean coastal architecture and a tucked-away feel. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, making it a great feature beyond the warmest months.
Multiple covered balconies extend the living space outdoors, including a furnished upper balcony with Gulf views and comfortable seating.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, private pool, balconies, and designated parking areas.

Other Things to Note

• Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Sorry, No Pets!
• Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
